The job of getting the rafters was no small job. It required all of our hands. Also the weather started to deteriorate on Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. Unfortunately, the camera was left in the dry trailer and the photographer was busy helping get the 16-foot 2x10 rafters into place.

The rafters with "collar ties" every other rafter makes a stable structure

The "outlookers" support the roof plywood for the overhang on the ends of the roof.

The "rafter tails" provide the overhang over the doors. The garage is now ready for the roof.
